How do I register?

Click here and scroll to the bottom of the page to fill out the registration form.

I registered on your website. Does that mean we're good to go?
Registering on our website means your spaces are being held. Your registration will not be complete until the event participation fees are received by My New Red Shoes. Registration is $10/person and all checks can be made out to My New Red Shoes. Please send registration fees to Becca Moos, Sobrato Center for Nonprofits - Redwood Shores 330 Twin Dolphin Drive, Suite 135, Redwood City, CA 94065.

We will not be able to pay our registration fees until after Girl Scout Cookie Sales are complete. Is that ok?
Sure! We understand that some troops may be paying for their registration fees from their cookie sales. Just email Becca (becca@mynewredshoes.org) to let her know when your troop will be able to send in your fees.

Do parents and troop leaders need to pay as well?
The registration fee is per person so parents, troop leaders, siblings, and Girl Scouts are all required to pay $10 to attend. A participation patch is included in the cost of registration. We would hate for the cost of the event cost to prohibit any girls from attending so please contact us accommodations are necessary.

Do we need to pay the registration fee in addition to bringing shoes to donate?
Bringing shoes to donate is not a requirement, however they are very much appreciated. We are especially in need of sizes: Girls 12, Girls 13, Woman's 4, Woman's 8 or Boy 13/13.5, Mens 4 and Mens 10. You should also feel free to drop off any shoes you collected through troop shoe drives on this date.

What are Event Captains?
We are asking girls in 6th-12th grades to help us by serving as Event Captains. This means that they will be assisting us by leading various stations and helping some of the younger girls throughout the event. They will be also required to come an hour before to get a brief training on their duties as well as our needs and expectations. We are also open to the possibility of any troop looking to earn a leadership award by helping us with the planning of the event. Please email Becca (becca@mynewredshoes.org) if your troop is interested in serving as Event Captains.
